One thing for sure is confirmed, unemployment will be on the rise for those individuals who aren't already looking into getting equipped with the future skills-set to compete with the future of the workplace that's coming ahead in time. Even economic downfall can be a huge possibility.
Although the recent pandemic created havoc across the globe, and has posed a lot of threats and hurdles for the human race, but on the brighter side, be it businesses, jobs, education, or life in general, every individual is forced to think about how to upskill or reskill themselves to recover from crises.
During the pandemic, one thing which did change the dimension of many workforce sectors was that working through online or in other words, virtually had become highly common, and so when the hurdles like lockdown were lifted, apparently it proved that people preferred working from home rather than going into the office. Several multinational companies had a tough time getting their workforce to return to the office - instead some resorted to adopting a hybrid model and some didn't give up the fight.

This scenario will depict that corporate responsibility would not be just for the namesake, instead would be considered a vital part of the industry. A strong focus would be on human rights, diversity, and non-financial motives.
The Yellow world- Human will come first
Here, financial technology will allow more crowd-funding capital that reaches ethical brands. Artisan skills will be valued and training will be given to the craftsman. Humanness will be highly valued.
According to the stats published by The Economic Daily (TED), it is projected that employment will grow by 7.7% between 2020 and 2030 if people are skilled according to the highly demanded skills in the market.
